The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 16,            
1999, calendar (page 1503), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 169(FIN) am H                                          
"An Act relating to missions and measures to be applied to certain            
expenditures by the executive branch of state government and the               
University of Alaska from the state operating budget for the fiscal            
year ending June 30, 2000; and providing for an effective date."

CSSB 169(FIN) am H, and the reconsideration was taken up later.
